SUBSIDIZED CONTINUING EDUCATION …

he implementation of this kind of education is planned, organized and managed by companies for their employees or through an organizing company belonging to a group of companies, for which they must sign a Membership Annex. Anexo de Adhesión.

It is regulated by RD395/2007 and the Order TAS/2307/2007 Fundación Tripartita para la Formación en el Empleo (Tripartite Foundation for Training in Employment), of the European Social Fund.

Companies have an ANNUAL CREDIT for the continuing education of their workers, who likewise benefit through discounts in the Social Security taxes

Requirements

COMPANY REQUIREMENTS

To be up to date with the Social Security.
To sign the Membership Annex.
To inform the LRT (Legal Representation for Employees) of the participation of employees in the courses, at least 16 days before their beginning.

STUDENT REQUIREMENTS::

TO BE AN EMPLOYEE covered by the Social Security General Regime.
To attend at least 75% of the classes.

WHAT KIND OF CREDIT DO COMPANIES PROVIDE?

SUBSIDY CREDIT is the amount that companies provide in order to finance the education:

It results from applying certain percentage to the amount paid the previous year for vocational training. This percentage is stipulated each year by the Ley de Presupuestos Generales del Estado, depending on the size of the company..

Companies with 1 to 5 employees have at least €420 a year at their disposal.

Once you have completed the Membership Annex, we will be able to check your credit (without any commitment).

MAXIMUM: The amount of annual credit available for companies, according to the following maximum modules::

(*) Presencial- Nivel Superior: Cuando la formación incorporen materias que impliquen especialización o capacite para desarrollar competencias de programación odirección.

Cómo bonificarse

¿CÓMO BONIFICAR UN CURSO?

Tan sólo ha de seguir los siguientes pasos:

1. Solicitud

Tendrá que enviarnos la siguiente documentación:

ANEXO DE ADHESIÓN al convenio cumplimentado por la Empresa
INFORME FAVORABLE DE LA RLT (Representación Legal de los Trabajadores, cuando proceda)
PREINSCRIPCIÓN

A la siguiente dirección:

EFIAULA, C/ Padilla 18A, 41400 Écija (Sevilla)

2. Estudio

Consultaremos su crédito y le haremos un estudio de costes. Tras finalizar el estudio, le presentaremos una oferta.

3. En caso de aceptar la oferta...

Gestionaremos su curso con la Fundación Tripartita para la Formación en el Empleo y le enviaremos el material del curso junto con la siguiente documentación para que nos la remita firmada:

Ficha de Inscripción
Recibí del Material

4. Una vez finalizado el curso...

Recibirá la siguiente documentación:

Factura por la Gestión
Documento resumen y explicativo con la cantidad a BONIFICAR
Certificado de Finalización del alumno.
También se le facilitará la factura por la impartición del curso y el Diploma de aprovechamiento.

5. Bonificación

Su empresa se deducirá de los TCs la bonificación que le corresponda.

Las empresas podrán aplicarse las bonificaciones (recuperar todos los gastos) por Formación continua a partir del boletín de cotización correspondiente al mes en que haya finalizado el grupo o grupos de formación y, en todo caso, con anterioridad a la fecha en que finaliza el plazo de presentación del boletín de cotización correspondiente al mes de diciembre del mismo ejercicio económico (mismo año).

Para poder aplicar la Bonificación se exige a la empresa que se encuentre al corriente de pago en sus obligaciones con Hacienda y de cotización a la Seguridad Social y que los pagos de todos los gastos deberán de haber sido efectuados antes de aplicarse la bonificación.
