Accreditation

As well as a deep cultural enrichment, on both a personal and professional level in everyday activities, which ultimately transforms the cost of training into productivity for businesses and organizations.

Through the teaching of experts who are qualified in the different areas of Business and the business environment, ESERP prepares students and equips them with the tools and knowledge necessary for decision-making in companies and organizations, as well as business transactions that allow them to analyze: the Globalization of markets, Quality-control systems, Project management and finance, Sociological aspects, Strategic Planning, and Production analysis; as well as the principles and ethical business values that ought to be developed by company directors.

Faculty

ESERP has a staff of professors, characterized by proven expertise in the various fields that are taught, which allows them to expound on educational themes with first-hand knowledge and with an applicable, operative focus. Moreover, the staff is accustomed to utilizing the most up-to-date teaching methods whilst holding executive positions in the most important national and international companies.

Through applied research- publishing books, articles, case studies and technical notes- the staff combines their teaching curricula with their business practices.

Methodology

  • Método del caso y la simulación que combina las exposiciones teóricas con el análisis y discusión de los casos prácticos de empresa (casos de ESERP Business School, IESE Business School, Stanford Graduate School of Business, Harvard Business School, entre otras).
  • Metodología ITT-TM - Intelligence Training Technology, ESERP Business School utiliza este método respondiendo a su objetivo prioritario de la formación académica basada en los tres pilares:
    • SABER: Conocimiento + Método del Caso. Utilización del método del caso, de la simulación con Sistemas de Autoevaluación y Autocomprensión, porque lo que no se practica no sirve.
    • SABER HACER: Método de Consultoría. Herramientas de Autodiagnóstico para aplicar a su organización porque lo que no se practica se olvida.
    • PODER HACER: Sistema para la Dirección. Sistemas tecnológicos para aplicar las técnicas y las políticas a la Alta Dirección para la toma de decisiones a través de la INNOVACIÓN.
  • Método del Cuadro de Mando Integral: Renaissance Balanced Scorecard. Herramienta homologada por los creadores de la Metodología Balanced Scorecard, David Norton y Robert Kaplan de la Harvard Business School para la:
    • Gestión de costes por actividades.
    • Gestión de procesos de actividades
    • Optimización de márgenes
    • Gestión financiera
    • Gestión de marketing
  • Método de Tecnología de Formación Inteligente, para gestionar de manera eficaz en cualquier situación de negocio en el ámbito empresarial.
    El Master se desarrolla en sesiones impartidas por académicos, directivos, consultores y expertos del sector. Es imprescindible para obtener la titulación la asistencia del 80% de la totalidad del curso y superar el proyecto final del Master, junto con las pruebas de autoevaluación.
    Las mil quinientas horas se configuran a través de las clases presenciales y semipresenciales que constan de trabajo en equipo, preparación individualizada, uso de herramientas tecnológicas, elaboración y ejecución del proyecto final.
