Welcome to ESERP International, a prestigious and experienced institution, recognized in the national and international realms, officially authorized to impart education at the university level and who in 2008 celebrated its 25th anniversary.
Currently, ESERP has urban campuses in Madrid, Barcelona and Palma de Mallorca; in all three places the schools are centrally located, within the environment of the great companies and businesses of these cities and offering an international service.
For its academic competences and research it rests on its solid faculty of professors who meet the requirements of having doctorate or bachelors degrees, experience in teaching, and in the subjects they impart, as well as highly qualified executives in the administrative positions of deans and directors, among whom are important personalities of the academic, cultural, research, economic and financial worlds.
The School is associated, has relations and/or agreements with the most prestigious national universities, as well as, with those from the European Union.
ESERP provides services to modern society, offering an international formation with quality and content. For this effect it is associated with universities such as, the Faculty of Applied Sciences in Schmalkalden, the Moscow State University of Technologies and Management in Russia, the International Institute of Communication in Paris, the Portuguese Institute of Administration and Marketing in Portugal, the Maastricht School of Management in Holland, the Luiss Business School, the Staffordshire University in the United Kingdom and the University of Teeside in the United Kingdom
This formation is based on a constant updating of its teaching methods through the research and development of theoretical and empirical analysis of the present business reality.
The above, has led ESERP to publish several research papers with main publishing houses in the business sector, such as the American Mc Graw Hill and the Spanish Grupo-Planeta Gestión 2000, Lexnova, Furtwangen, Amat Editores, Profit, and others in foreign countries, such as the Portuguese Porto Editora, the Russian Dielo or the British IPRA. These publications serve as recommended books at universities in those languages.
The School also participates in institutional research projects with recognized prestige and high economic-social projection, as the one published by the International Department of ESERP in conjunction with the University of Staffodshire: “How to avoid the clash of cultures and civilizations. Multicultural Public Relations to create the alliance of civilizations”.
The quality, content and scholarly research of the School have helped the School to obtain acknowledgements and pertinent authorizations from different public administrations and organizations.
The international vocation of ESERP has moved it to offer a system of higher education with a dynamic and renovating character geared to Administration and Upper Management environment for all types of companies in the national and international realm.
The methodology applied by the School, case and simulation, has allowed it to be innovative in the implementation of new business techniques such as the “Balanced Scorecard.” Where ESERP is the first Business School in Spain that has acquired and implemented this technological tool homologated by the creators of the methodology, David Norton and Robert Kapland, from the Harvard Business School, for the management of the business performance, marketing and sales analysis and management of the activities processes.
The teaching of the School is concentrated, among other areas, in areas of Business Management, General Business, Marketing and Public Relations, Tourism, Journalism, Communication, Publicity, New Technologies, Sport Businesses, Account Audits and Design, Multimedia Systems and Information Management.
The ESERP Collegiate Foundation has its own publishing department, besides the external one, hand in hand with an important international partner CSEDOHC –The European and Spanish-American Superior Council of Honorary Doctorates. Therefore, the School has at its disposal ample collections of books, articles, and thesis dissertations, which deal with the changing casuistry of the diverse subjects taught, among other, the international subjects.
Within its specialized courses, conferences, round tables, seminaries and shops, ESERP is a debate forum and approximate evaluation of the present realities regarding the foreseen tendencies of the social-economic, cultural, and technological environment of our country. Currently, it offers the International Summer School in Madrid and in Barcelona, with the heading, “Global Business and International Relations”.
Finally, the plural option of the ESERP harmonizes with the line of ethical and moral values which characterize the School since its beginnings which form an integral part of its sense of purpose for being current and permanent. The spirit of improvement, work and dedication that it offers is the indispensable framework for the formation of future directors of the modern enterprise.
During these past 25 years, ESERP has promoted research, scholarship, and the internalization of the School, as well as, the publication of articles, books, and personal, professional and institutional well doing in the higher education sector of the country. For this reason from its very beginning it established the concession of the Honorary Degree, to distinguish those who demonstrate their commitment to the students, undoubtedly the future of our country. These honorary degrees have been conferred and accepted by H.M. the King of Spain, Presidents of National and International Governments, Presidents of Autonomous Communities of Madrid and Presidents of the Autonomous Community of Cataluña, recipients of Nobel Prizes and outstanding personalities of the collegiate and cultural ambit, among others.
