The courses offered at ESERP provide students an integrated view of company management, the organization, and its environment, stimulating the development of both strategic and operational skills.
Problem solving and real case studies

In order to integrate students into the business world and decision making process, the education system implemented by ESERP is both dynamic and active, which uses, among other educational tools, the case method and simulation. Each student actively participates both individually and in groups in the planning, development and resolution of real case studies that are assigned throughout the course, operating under a strategy of effective investigation and professional practice.
Balancing theory and practice

For the betterment of the students who complete their studies with ESERP, ESERP continues to apply, with proven success, a teaching methodology which combines the development of practical aspects of business with an adequate theoretical and practical knowledge base in each of the matters taught for each of the different degrees offered.
Dynamic, personalized, and active education

The efficiency achieved by ESERP, and the implementation and development of their curriculum, is feasible thanks to the individualized attention and follow-through the students receive.
