Mission Statement or brief description of the Institution’s main functions and objectives

ESERP is a Business School and a University Foundation, authorized by Government, an institution with high prestige and recognized experience nationally and internationally, officially authorized by the central and autonomic government to teach high standard education and now with 25 years experience.

ESERP stands with campuses in city areas both in Madrid, Barcelona and Palma de Mallorca. In the 3 of them, all the schools are downtown, in the business area in a real big entrepreneurial environment; ESERP has, as well, Associated Schools in Alcala de Guadaíra and Salamanca. For its academic and research competences, as well as in the publications one, we stand with a high qualified faculty team. They all have all the requirements needed, the first one, having a recognized bachelor, master or doctoral status. They have long experience teaching in their area of specialization and in researching on important subjects of interest. They have as well quite long experience in companies or enterprises, as CEO or managers of the most important business areas. All this will result in publishing articles and books with top editorials such as McGraw Hill, Deusto, Planeta, Gestion 2000, Libertarias, Furtwangen, Lexnova, Virtual University of Barcelona, Atelier, Diaz de Santos, IPRA and some others.   ESERP stands with a Rector Staff from executive posts, highly qualified.  We will find here real important personalities from the cultural, economic and education world.

The school is associated, linked or joint depending on each special case, to some prestigious universities in the world, within our specialization areas, nationally and in the European Union and in the United States.  As examples we have Universidad Rey Juan Carlos, Universidad de Barcelona, Universidad de Vic, Universidad Camilo José Cela, all of the from Spain; Queen’s University, Staffordshire University and University of Teesside in the United Kingdom, University of Applied Sciences of Schmalkalden in Germany; Maastricht School of Management in The Netherlands; Marketing School for Business IPAM in Portugal; International Institute of Communication in Paris and some others.

ESERP works in benefit of modern society, offering education with high academic content, always thinking about modernizing their methods through research and development of theoretical, practical and empirical analysis of the socioeconomic reality.

All mentioned has lead ESERP publishing a high number of books in foreign countries, such as Portugal (Porto Editora), Russia (Dielo) and United Kingdom (Staffordshire University and Furtwangen Editors).  All these publishings are highly recommended by specialists in the area. The school participates as well in institutional programs and research programs where they get recognition in the economical and social areas, with highly impressive comments from the media.

Quality, content and academic experience from ESERP has made us get the academic authorizations and recognitions from different public administrations and multiple institutions. Seven years ago ESERP created the School of New Technologies ESDAI, where 600 students obtain degrees on specialized areas.

The European vocation of the School makes them offer a system of superior studies with a dynamic character in the Business Administration Management, Marketing, Human Resources, Communication and Public Relations, Business Consultancy, Sports Management, Financial Auditing, Finances, Social Corporative Responsibility, Tourism, Accountancy, International Relation, Banking and Financial Markets. In all the specialized courses, conferences, seminars, ESERP becomes a debate forum for all present realities, about modern tendencies within the economic and social environment of our country.

The plural possibility of ESERP harmonizes perfectly with all the ethical and moral values that are the basic part of his foundation.

During these last 25 years, ESERP has created strong research, excellent academic contents and incredible publishing of books, articles and papers and the well doing institutionally and academically.
 
We have created the maximum recognition from ESERP, the Honorary Degree, to give the highest honours to those who show their commitment to the students, future of the society of our country. This Degree has already been given and accepted by: King of Spain, Presidents of Government (National and International), Nobel Prizes, Presidents of Autonomous Communities, researchers, scientists and the most important people participating in the Spanish context of business and development.

Facilities

Library

The University Foundation stand with more than 11,000 volumes within its campuses, specialized in all the bachelor and master areas.  The student stands as well with ESERP computer information about digital magazines and resources.

IT

We have technological computer advanced resources with the most proficient graphical and design resources, last generation technology programs and WIFI all through the school.
 
We also have technological tools in BBS, the intranet students, the methodological portal, business games and business simulators, programs for academical development, auto evaluation tools to develop taking decisions in the business environment.  Accountancy, statistics, multimedia, graphic design programs are all included.

Classrooms

High standard classrooms, with the capacity in our 3 campuses, to offer classes all day long and yearly, to 4000 students.  They are all equipped multimedia technology.

Students Employment Bureau

In order to meet the demands of modern companies, which are constantly improving and adapting to global markets, training should be intense, and our students should be qualified to respond to the changing needs of the companies; they need to be able to face a highly competitive market, taking responsibility in the management and in the various executive areas of the company. ESERP is in constant contact with prestigious public and private organizations as well as Human Resources Consultants to provide their students with the best professional opportunities.

Research Department

Research is fundamental to ESERP that is always looking for solutions that expand our knowledge and improve the training. Teachers and external professionals collaborate on special training and development programs, publications and oriented company research in various scientific and business specialized areas.

Staff development policy

ESERP offer academic methodological preparation for the faculty member, they can assist to any programmed conference within the different areas of specialization, we commit with them to publish any book or article once they have overpass a strict revision. They have the possibility to participate, as well, in our specialized journeys to develop education skills and to become the best professionals coping with all new techniques.

Technician and Administrative support

The student has available a web portal connected through intranet facilities to obtain all kind of academic information, consultancy, class sessions, special conferences being held in other cities, access to management magazines digitalized and regular publications.  They have access to the employment offers directly through the web. All information needed from the student can be downloaded from internet.

Access to facilities for disabled students

We have an elevator providing access to disabled students to the different levels and the WC completely prepared to give handicapped students the possibility to develop in normal regular contexts, and some other specific requirements.

Our mission is to create the best academical content in order to provide the student an international academic vision, supported with excellent programs and the best of the last generation technology that give the all of them the best of the opportunities not only in Spain but in the rest of the word.  That is why we teach classes both in English and Spanish.

The relation with international universities is really important to us, as it will provide our students not only with an international program with the best of the technology, but also a degree from Spain, from ESERP Business School, and another one from international universities, giving a strong potential and content to any Curriculum Vitae.
